The stone i used for das 'Biest des Schweigens' is a French limestone.
And no!...the wrap-idea isn't coming from 'The Egyptians' :)
Conform the ' Votivrealismus’ i am making, men, animals and even things are tightly wrapped up alive, to end their 'ownness' and so devote them to their perception of god[s]. [ sounds rather cruel,..i know ! :) ]
