Michael Pointer (Zavala)
I spontaneously respond to the projected negative selectively processing and stopping various aspects. I do this viscerally. I frequently write my way to an image. Rather than being an illustration of the writing, I try to achieve the same emotional tone
Education and activities
- Biography
I am a fourth generation artist. I began my art training at age 9. Although I draw, paint, and write I am best known for my photography. Since my art training was in effect for all of my life I graduated with a BA in English from Wichita State University where I also taught Photography in the School of Art and Design.
