Now you are engaged.

Felix Adelmann (felix)

I'm glad you like it michael, it's as far as i went in 'manipulating' the original image - until now. And it's brandnew...

Michael Pointer (Zavala)

Yes this is the mature vision of the idea for me. Bravo!

angela rohde (angelarohde)

you did it! great!

... and it's the beginning of an exciting story and I'm curious about it.

It´s not a question of using the material in this or that way, nor whether it is compromise or consequence – violation of ingredients is all very fine here.

The problem lies in the work itself. It´s a less thrilling composition, just more or less all over treated space done with a sharp object and a typewriter. But as brutal this "drawing" was done as anxious the type was omited. So to me this is a week image hiding behind pseudo punk.

This is definitly not "the end of the world", but I would let this image go. Because you will be able to do much stronger versions in this technique. Rock it, Felix!

I've been silent about your most recent uploads, because they're quite layered in terms of content and meaning..it's not easy work. I wonder if you would ever consider going back to sequential art (as with your groups of Polaroids in the past) which would allow you to combine all of what you've done so far in a more extensive narrative, with straight photos, physically manipulated photos, text.... the text seems to lend itself to that format.

angela rohde (angelarohde)

@jochen ... but it's the first step; it's the first time he riskes the bold venture to use colour on his polaroid; how long does he circle and circle round the paint-pot; some people jump in the water to learn swimming and others go slowly - notwithstanding wearing their cool sunglasses. the titel and the kind the types are positioned disagree with each other, but so do I, if someone would ask me at the end of the world: "Will you let it go....?
(Hope i choose the right words)

@felix ... rock it!

L' informel en miniature
Ecole de Paris reloaded.
I like the 'peinture'.
@ Felix: Probably a far cry from what you're aiming at.
I'm a grateful witness to your trial and error!
