I have discussed the matter with my counselor.
I AM NOT HERE TO MEET ANYBODY'S EXPECTATIONS
( Fritz & Lise Perls, inventors of gestalt therapy).
Whew!
That was close...
I'm trying to meet my own expectations. That's more difficult to me.
I'm happy when you are happy, I'm depressed when you are happy.
Do you have a Diazepam left for me too?
Oh dear!
Listen:
That was a joke.
With the exception of coffee and chocolate,
I am not on any drugs anymore, legal or illegal.
Now I don't know if you're in for unsolicited advice,
but if I had any benzoes left, I'd throw 'em away and send you to my counselor.
Honest! I'm serious! She'll fix your head!
Or maybe the nearest meeting of Emotions Anonymous
(Eimsbush Christ Church Tue 7:30 pm).
Or maybe you should just do another painting.
How's that?
Huh?
It's your choice.
It's up to you.
Always.
So get going!
Get down to it!
I decided to paint and a book helped a lot.
Counselor I have a good one and I decided not to follow my mind always.
When I paint I reach a "NO MIND" stadium, that' smore powerful for me than
any medicine or drugs.Thank you for your advices and for me was a joke too.
Fine.
A NO MIND stadium?
Perfect.
That's more than anybody could wish for!
I've tried zen meditation and I never got close to anything like it...
Take care!
