Interesting graffitti address by unknown rebel, spottet in Wilhelmsburg, former times a strictly working class borough of the city of Hamburg, now object of redevelopment measures in urban planning by the IBA Hamburg.
In that case I am not really sure: Is it one of those man made installations to be discussed, or just muddy water (also to be discussed)...
