This is a trial proof (work in progress)
I WILL PROBABLY USE IT FOR A PROJECT FOR DUNDEE CONTEMPORARY ARTS. An international print portfolio exchange.
Edition of 24.
This is a trial proof (work in progress) though it is finished - I may print it out in different versions. For example I might include it in works that feature a range of different chine colle elements..................this is something that I love about printmaking.
Experiment using lino in intaglio technique, Marks made using caustic soda and acrylic hard ground as a collagraph element.
This is an inkjet print. I made it using watercolour wash and also collage. It refers to our line of blood that has run down through the ages. Sometimes we know what and where that was but some of us do not know.
printmaking- made using monotype and inkjet chine colle. The chair image is a distortion of an image of a chair belonging to Joseph Beuys. I found it years ago. It had sold for some ridiculous amount of money.
has been for sale for some time, as you have seen. The maintenance and ongoing development to keep our non-profit and idealistic platform for contemporary art running and safe from hackers etc. costs money that is no longer there. Because of small investments that are necessary now and the running costs, we will have to shut down with a heavy heart at the beginning of summer on June 21.
