9/11/09 is a recombination of disturbing associations and the actualization of two spectres. First, the spectre of Marx, who has foretold that if the integration of the international working class would not be realized, the nations would eat themselves, icited by the right-wing bourgeois nationalism and yet the contemporary division of the world has unpredictably evoked such geopolitics.
It's also about the spectre of September 11th, 9/11, the date which started a new global situation between territories and people. 9/11, about 9 a.m. the second aircraft has impacted the WTC.

On European manner 9/11 means the 9th of November: the Crystal Night in 1938, in 1980 Saddam Hussein has declared a war on Iran (first serious conflict between arab countries), in 1989 the same day the pulling down of the Berlin Wall has started, which was built during the reign of Nikita Khrushthov, who died in 1970 on the 11th of September... so now we have year 2009, evertyhing comes back in a new form.

The block industrial type refers to the communist design of 1st of May decorations and other (less or more temporary) monuments disseminated around East Europe and USSR. Red figures - 9/11 causing impression of older and darkest tint than the glittering and new '/09'.

The title's maxim derives from the esoteric text from 19th century "La Clef des grands mysteries" written by Elphias Levi (Alphonse Louis Constant), a famous french occultist and magician. The author attributes these words to the angels who were doomed to an eternal damantion and thrown into the hell.

Literally, the words come from the translation of the text made by Aliester Crolwey:

"This is how a lofty and profound poetry explains the fall of the angels. (...)
"We have a right to give nothing, and we wish to suffer nothing" said the spirits, hating love.
"Remain in your right," answered God, "and let us separate! I and Mine wish to suffer and even to die, to love. It is our duty!"
The fallen angel is then he who, from the beginning, refused to love; he does not love, and that is his whole torture; he does not give, and that is his poverty; he does not suffer, and that is his nothingness; he does not die, and that is his exile."

Since long time the notion of "fallen angels" has been deeply rooted in the pop- and counterculture, in relation to all outsiders, excluded groups and, so called, "lost generations".

The 12 second soundwork consists of samples (single words) from various songs: Rocky Horror Picture Show soundtrack, Psychic TV, Diamanda Galas, Marilyn Manson, Johnny Cash, Sledge Sisters (words from the queer hit "We are family") and others. Many voices combined in one [anti]postulate...
