The start of 100 Faces, all soldiers killed in Iraq, since 2004. 100 Drawings, followed by 30 paintings. My reference was taken from the CNN Website. I used the same format through out, from the forehead to the chin., to show the individuality of each person. This project came to me as I was listening to a radio news report, listening to human beings portrayed as statistics. Here are faces of soldiers killed in Iraq

The maintenance and ongoing development to keep our non-profit and idealistic platform for contemporary art running and safe from hackers etc. costs money that is no longer there. Because of small investments that are necessary now and the running costs, we will have to shut down with a heavy heart at the beginning of summer on June 21.
