The maintenance and ongoing development to keep our non-profit and idealistic platform for contemporary art running and safe from hackers etc. costs money that is no longer there. Because of small investments that are necessary now and the running costs, we will have to shut down with a heavy heart at the beginning of summer on June 21.
I digitally layered and manipulated three watercolour sketches and printed the image onto OHP film. I projected the image onto a stretched canvas and painted in acrylic. I used acrylic glaze washes to produce the misty effect.

Un coeur partagé. Un coeur encagé. Dans l'interdit. L'inavouable. Qui se contredit. Un coeur coupable.
Un coeur partagé. Un coeur naufragé. D'aimer autrement. D'hair ce qu'il chérit. Quand à l'autre il ment. Et qui surenchérit.
Un coeur partagé. Un coeur chargé rongé. De battre Incertain. Comme arrêté. Comme il craint. D'éclater.
