Audrey Meyer - Munz (Mosaics4u)

In mosaics, I have found the medium which has given me the possibility for full expression. When something appeals to me visually, I challenge myself to interpret it through mosaic
I create mosaic wall art. I create works which are not functional, but are made to be contemplated and enjoyed. These picto-mosaics are created for purely aesthetic expression and communication.
I am a mosaic composer – composer from the Latin cum = with, together and pausare= to lay down, to put to a halt. I have chosen this term because I feel that it is the best expression of the notion that a Mosaic composer is an artist involved in the creation of an intricate and time-consuming composition.
