these drawings are rad..... hahah sorry but i really like them,...but i guess im a bit biass, they are based on a series of costumes we desinged and a performance we created, then documneted in 16 mil film and potographs... these are the prilimanary works for a series of large scale mixed media painting which we are building right now...

the television houses an elaborate diorama, a wide valley surrounded by rocky mountains and a star filled sky , there are two large clear anatomical figures presenting grand father clock to an Irish setter (dog) made of solid gold, the setter is standing in high alert in front as a giant scorpion crawls out from the clocks base to attach the dog. the diorama is lit by led lights that pulse through the rainbow just behind the paper mountains illuminating the starry night sky. the the whole scene is viewed through a massive magnifying lens that give the illusion that the space is much lager then possibly held by the tv itself. (but also makes it very hard to document..i will post a detail when i get one that's clear enough)

this bass heavy piece played select hip-hop tracks from 1990-1999 as the exhibition soundtrack, this piece also had a live mic for public intervention,
