The maintenance and ongoing development to keep our non-profit and idealistic platform for contemporary art running and safe from hackers etc. costs money that is no longer there. Because of small investments that are necessary now and the running costs, we will have to shut down with a heavy heart at the beginning of summer on June 21.

Knowth was inspired by an adventure to Knowth, the sacred site in Ireland. This painting is in the private collection of Danielle Molinski.

In this artwork watercolour was laid down in washes and the image was covered with blue-black gouache then sponged off. Some additional washes were laid down to complete the painting.

Every so often I am invited to do some photography of a dance concert. I love it! It's one of the things I do best. I haven't shared it on Artdoxa before. These images are from the Kansas Dance Festival at Wichita State University where I once taught.
