The maintenance and ongoing development to keep our non-profit and idealistic platform for contemporary art running and safe from hackers etc. costs money that is no longer there. Because of small investments that are necessary now and the running costs, we will have to shut down with a heavy heart at the beginning of summer on June 21.

Usually I make my photo-collages from my own photographs, however in “Marco Polo” I incorporated a black and white
photostat that I made many years ago.
The original photograph was a full color image in “Visit to Forbidden Tibet”, a photo-essay by the great photographer,
Fred Ward. It was published in the February 1980 issue of National Geographic.
