Doves tears - Artwork by Ridha H. Ridha . Digital art, Size 70 X60 cm 300 dpi. This tragic work (Doves tears) is a scene of my imaginary of a true dramatic story about my wonderful Iraqi friend (Ziad Haider) and a great artist who died in his atelier after his long suffering of this ruthless and harsh life in exile in Amsterdam – Holland. He was a lone occupied with paintings, suddenly he felt too tired, so he lie down on two chairs to be his last sleep after a heart attack..!! Goodbye my good talented friend, sleep peacefully, this damn despicable life is not for the good and sensitive people.
“For Free”
Yesterday's Ides of March was cold and rainy in Providence. My sons and I were leaving the Dunk after a Providence Bruins hockey game when the wind blew a melody to my ears long before I saw him. We chatted for a bit. I asked him if it was ok to take a photo, he agreed. Walking on I knew there was something more. Then I remembered hearing Joni Mitchell perform "For Free" decades earlier. I looked back at him feeling deeply moved. I posted this image so the world would know that he lives and "he was playing real good for free".

has been for sale for some time, as you have seen. The maintenance and ongoing development to keep our non-profit and idealistic platform for contemporary art running and safe from hackers etc. costs money that is no longer there. Because of small investments that are necessary now and the running costs, we will have to shut down with a heavy heart at the beginning of summer on June 21.
