Let us protect our children from the photographs of David D’Amore
For almost twenty years, this pseudo-artist has thrown us images that would like to be a thorn in society’s flesh. In reality, they are simply the fruit of a devious mind.
The problem today is that one’s anxieties, phobias and insecurities are cured by making art. This in itself wouldn’t be wrong and we would not dare to suggest that D’Amore be urgently handed over to a psychiatric clinic; much worse: that he is dangerous because he is part of the barbaric wave that is spreading worldwide. War, violence, pornography, hunger, ignorance, illness, are they unavoidable evil? The answer is no!
It is time to stop being resigned: let us not surrender, but rather fight in order for our children to have a better life than ours. Let us provide children with the sort of education that is based on positive values; evil exists, always on the prowl, but luckily we have the necessary weapons to fight against it: intelligence and sensibility. Let us defend the sacredness of life by saying no to gratuitous folly. Let us begin our peaceful battle by sorting out the woodworms that are corroding our society. Improvement of our lives is possible, as long as we want it. To defend ourselves from bad culture and brutality is our right and our duty. Let us counterattack by isolating the irresponsible prophets of mis-education. How? Simple: stop giving these “prophets” the attention they unjustly enjoy. Let us make them feel effectually what they really are: socially useless, or rather, noxious characters. The iconography of D’Amore is insidious, and with nefarious subtlety, it penetrates the defenseless minds of youth, forever damaging their conscience.
Photographs such as “Shadow of Light” and “Your Past Doesn’t Count” are not to be banished, burned on a bonfire, torn nor trampled on. They simply need to be avoided, graciously concealed, dismissed with a smile and kindly returned to the sender.

Boycott the horror!!!
A better life is possible!!!!
has been for sale for some time, as you have seen. The maintenance and ongoing development to keep our non-profit and idealistic platform for contemporary art running and safe from hackers etc. costs money that is no longer there. Because of small investments that are necessary now and the running costs, we will have to shut down with a heavy heart at the beginning of summer on June 21.
