“Positive Thoughts” is an artwork inspired after the Pulse tragedy in Orlando Florida. This sculpture is based on a metaphor assemblage of three mail boxes where people can leave positive messages to the LGBT community. The colors represent the LGBT flag. The mail boxes are facing different directions symbolizing how open and reciprocal this community is to receive positive and uplifting thoughts from any source. I used metal and wood to represent how strong and united the LGBT community is. The overall sculpture depict a diversity by the use of colors and materials.
