Lars Strandh (larsstrandh)
Lars Strandh (1961) is born in Sweden, and is living in Oslo, Norway since 1984. Art studies at the Nation Academy of Fine Arts, Oslo, 1992-97. Since then Lars Strandh have had more than 30 soloshows and participated in more than 70 groupshows in well-reputed galleries and museums in Scandinavia, Germany, Switzerland, USA, Zimbabwe and Sri Lanka.
Lars Strandh has received several grants and was in 2007 awarded with The Norwegian Government Guaranteed Income for Artists. He is represented in larger collections such as The Royal Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Norway, The Norwegian Culture-Council, The National Foundation for Public Commissioned Arts, Norway, Museum Haugesunds Billedgalleri, STATOIL, The Swedish Art-Council, and the museum Forum Konkrete Kunst, Erfurt, Germany among others.
Lars Strandh’s reductive canvases are appreciated both for their formal aspects as well as for their luminosity and abstract qualities.

has been for sale for some time, as you have seen. The maintenance and ongoing development to keep our non-profit and idealistic platform for contemporary art running and safe from hackers etc. costs money that is no longer there. Because of small investments that are necessary now and the running costs, we will have to shut down with a heavy heart at the beginning of summer on June 21.
