About me
paula morales (paulamorales)
Paula Morales was born in Quetzaltenango, Guatemala and currently resides in San Francisco, CA
where she is a senior at Academy of Art University. Her work is a reflection of her fascination with life, it is the result of experiences and dreams. She finds the exploration of time and memory intriguing through mixing different media in installation pieces as well as photo collage and photo manipulation for the deconstruction of images and reordering of the visual elements and depiction both thrills and challenges her. As a visual artist she is constantly involved in image creation, or deconstruction. She believes art is a revolutionary act of freedom a device of dialogue and a path to healing through communication. Her choice of life is a constant journey to expand her imagination, to learn and experiment, to create and pursue dreams.

residing in San Francisco, CA. My work is a reflection
