Inspired by many Artdoxa artists in my gallery of favorites I layered and digitally manipulated two original photographs taken at Montsalvat in Victoria, a painting and paper cutouts to create this composition

Oil colors on canvas done with painting (or palette) knives, 2011, 100x100 cm.

It is advisable to view this painting under "View Full Size" in order to capture the 3D-like texture. The digital photo is taken outside around 10:30 am. I might reload the painting under different illumination to capture the richness of colors and texture.
