Lebt in Wien und Oberösterreich

Ich mal seitdem ich 10 Jahre alt bin. Mein große Leidenschaft war zu beginn die Mode, ich war von Modeskizzen fasziniert. Nach einiger Zeit erweiterte sich mein Horizont und ich entdeckte andere Techniken, Farben und Perspektiven.
Ich absolvierte einige Kurse bei verschiedenen Künstlern um immer neues zu lernen.

Ich verwende gerne verschiedene Materialien und mische sie. Die Vielfalt schafft oft eine spannende Tiefe.

Mit meinen Bildern und Werke möchte ich einen Moment einfangen, eine Emotion, ein Gefühl.

Für mich ist es oft ein Wechselspiel zwischen Mut und Akzeptanz.

War 2013 in der Malklasse von Hubert Scheibl auf der int. Sommerakademie Salzburg.

My Name is Sophie Catrin Berger, I'm from Austria, 21 years old and a student.

I painted my first "real picture" when I was 10, it was an oil painting with the colors of my granddad. He paints too and inspired me always with his stuff. His way of painting is very realistic, so the opposite to mine.

I want to bring expressions, feeling, emotion on the wall.
I don't have names for my art works, because I would control the fantasy of people. They should be allowed to see what they feel and to interpret their own stories.
I don't want to restrict them, I want to give them freedom and to extend their own horizon
